Absolutely! I am sucker for b/w portraits all day long - especially on the beach! You will have both color and b/w portraits in your gallery and you get to choose which ones you love at your ordering appointment!

We determine that during your vision consultation! I get to know your family on a personal level and from there we determine an environment that is uniquely you! If you are more interested in a session at the beach, I encourage families to start off at their beach rental house then head to the beach closer to sunset for the best lighting! 

+ WHERE WILL THE SESSION BE?

Right off the back we order the largest film scan size offered by our film lab which means the highest file size for you. Also, every one of our portrait pieces and prints is archival grade. (None of the cheap stuff for us!) What this means for you is the pieces you receive have a lifetime guarantee of 200 years. Lastly, I have a unique vantage point in that I grew up vacationing to the beach with my grandparents, parents, aunt, uncle, cousins and sisters growing up. That experience has given me a special perspective when I approach extended family sessions.
